We had such aa fabulous day at one of Jersey’s finest venues, the stunning Chateau Vermont. Here’s the words of the bride herself
“Jersey Kitchen provided the most incredible catering.
From the canapés to the wedding breakfast right through to the stone oven baked pizza at the end of the night. We had so many compliments on the quality and taste of the food, especially from the vegetarians and vegans who had kimchi cauliflower pancakes followed by charred aubergine rolls with zataar and quinoa!
The slow cooked beef short rib fell off the bone and the pizzas in the evening were demolished in seconds. They also organised our day and it ran like clockwork. No wedding organiser needed. The beer keg was also a fantastic addition and I was allowed to pour the first pint for my new husband!”
