Not to be confused with hog roast! We tie whole loins of pork together onto spits with fresh rosemary & thyme then roast them in our huge spit roast oven.
No fat, no bones, no cold meat…just herb infused slices of Heaven with the most amazing crispy crackling!
Served either in a floured roll or with warm flageolet beans & choice of salads

Laced with garlic, thyme and rosemary, boned and tied onto our spits and roasted in the oven. Carved at the buffet table and served with creamy garlic mash, flageolet beans and choice of salads

Moroccan spiced bulgur & chickpea salad
Couscous, crumbled feta, sun dried tomato, fresh mint & roasted bell pepper salad
Jersey new potato, wholegrain mustard and mayonnaise salad
Relishes, chutneys, mustards & sauces as appropriate
